• Ms. Schreck previously served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Bar Journal.

Ms. Schreck has represented developer clients in acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, retail and office properties including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting extensive title and survey review, drafting complex easement agreements, and otherwise working with clients in preparation for closing. She also represents lenders in connection with acquisition loans, construction loans and refinances.  Ms. Schreck provides broad representation to companies with respect to commercial real estate transactions as well as general business matters. She also advises clients on a range of commercial transactions including acquisitions and changes in ownership structure.

Telecommunication based real estate transactions, including national agreements with major telecommunications carriers and contracts with the federal government for the provision of telecom equipment and fiber optic cable on military installations.

Representation of municipalities in the acquisition of easements, rights-of-way and in contract negotiations with third party service providers.

Real estate representation of a regional restaurant chain.
