Nathifa Carmichael (Emory University, B.A., M.A.T.) has assisted K-12 organizations in meeting talent management needs for nearly 20 years. She has served as an Assistant Superintendent and brings expertise in delivering Human Capital management and consulting services, recruitment and executive search, and training/development services to school districts throughout the state of Georgia. Her work in recruitment and retention (she is not a lawyer but partners with GDCR on search and training projects) has been recognized for excellence by the Georgia Association of Personnel Administrators (GASPA), the American Association of Personnel Administrators (AASPA) and featured as a model for school districts. Early in her career, she won the district-wide Teacher of the Year for a large metro Atlanta school district.

Clem Doyle (Princeton A.B., UGA Law J.D.) serves as Board attorney for 3 metro Atlanta school districts.  He has served as a board attorney for over 15 years. Since 2013, he has handled superintendent searches for the Cobb County School District and Clayton County School District.  Mr. Doyle has represented school districts in the Georgia Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Courts and Georgia Department of Education. Mr. Doyle is head of the firm’s Education Group, which consists of 15 attorneys who provide representation on issues relating to employment, students, special needs, litigation, personal injury, governance, finance, contracts and intellectual property.
