Lynn is a member of GDCR’s Government & Real Estate practice. She focuses on commercial and residential real estate matters for borrowers, lenders and local governments, including leasing, real estate development work (including zoning and variance) and financings, corporate transactions and general business matters.

Lynn is a native speaker of Mandarin-Chinese, and after graduating from National Taiwan University (Taipei, Taiwan) with a B.A. in Anthropology, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia. In 2010, Lynn graduated from Emory University School of Law, and initially practiced bankruptcy and immigration law. In 2014, Lynn graduated from Georgia State University with a Master’s degree in Taxation, and worked for regional accounting firms and a Big 4 accounting firm, focusing on state and local taxation (income/franchise tax and sales and use tax) and using Excel spreadsheets. Lynn returned to the practice of law in 2017, as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Georgia Department of Revenue, where she litigated state tax cases before the Georgia Tax Tribunal. She is also experienced in representing local governments through serving as the Staff Attorney for the City of Douglasville. During her time as Douglasville’s Staff Attorney, Lynn helped senior city executives navigate the city charter and ordinances, state and federal regulations, procurement and contract matters, ethics questions, employment and real estate matters, and litigation. As a former in-house counsel to a homebuilder in the metro Atlanta area, Lynn understands the business considerations and processes of real estate development companies, and has also counseled clients on homeowners’ association issues.
Lynn lives in Chamblee with her husband, Scott, two cats (Mittens and Khajit) and a dog (Wrigley). She identifies as a hobby potter (wheel-throwing).
