GDCR Attorneys at Law Welcomes Two Attorneys to Litigation Practice

Joel Purser, a native of Southeast Georgia, has eight years of experience in insurance defense, trucking, real estate, wills and estates, local government representation, and criminal prosecution. He has significant experience representing insurers and trucking companies in personal injury and property disputes. He has also represented numerous local businesses, banks, and governmental entities on a wide range of legal issues.

After graduating law school, Joel served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit prosecuting felony crimes before transitioning to civil practice. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. Georgia School of Law. He is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyer Association.

Carson Wynn has significant experience working with state and federal courts, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Carson is also a registered mediator with experience mediating numerous landlord/tenant disputes in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County.
Carson graduated in 2016 cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science.

After graduation, Carson worked at the Magistrate Court of Pike County where she discovered her passion for the legal field. In 2022, she received her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, she joined the Student Trial Lawyers Association where she competed in trial competitions nationwide where she ultimately won a national championship.
