Allison Faust is a member of Gregory Doyle’s Education Law Practice group and has been practicing law for more than 17 years, with the majority of her focus spent in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Ms. Faust has extensive experience representing insurers, employers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers all in facets of Workers’ Compensation law, throughout the state of Georgia.

From determining and compensability issues to handling complex litigated matters and catastrophic injuries, Ms. Faust works closely with clients to advise and develop a strategy which will afford efficient and timely resolutions.

Ms. Faust has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, including expert medical witnesses, employees and employers, and has tried and mediated more than 100 cases before the State Board of Worker’s Compensation. She has successfully represented clients from the trial level through appeal.

Ms. Faust graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 2002, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review and Intrastate and National Moot Court Teams. She also served as Executive Lt. Governor for the 5th Circuit of the ABA Law Student Division where she received the Silver Key Award for her hard work and service.
