  • Successfully trying over 40 cases to jury trial representing the State of Georgia and securing justice for adult and child victims of violent crimes.

Audrey Lewis is a highly accomplished attorney who has demonstrated legal expertise with extensive experience in both criminal defense litigation and prosecution where she handled complex and high-profile cases and supervised appeals. Audrey served as a prosecutor for eight years before being appointed as a chief prosecutor and successfully arguing a case before the Georgia Supreme Court about DUI prosecution in Georgia.

After serving as a prosecuting attorney for many years, Audrey transitioned into private practice utilizing her previous litigation experience and focusing on real estate and government law.  During this time, Audrey has developed significant experience representing local government and state agencies in the areas of eminent domain, land use, employment law, contract law, elections law, municipal law and public procurement. Additionally, Audrey advises government clients and develops strategies to assist them with navigating a broad range of real estate matters, condemnation proceedings and property disputes as well as litigating cases on their behalf.
