He has regularly delivered education seminars and mentoring to groups to understand liability concerns, the legal process, community association issues corporate policy and procedure formation, contract/licensure considerations, public relations, and internal criminal investigations. Additionally, as a former prosecutor, David has extensive experience in the courtroom as well as wide-ranging experience in both civil and criminal law.
