Mr. Gaba represents a variety of clients ranging from local and state condemning authorities, counties and municipalities to real estate developers, landowners, businesses and associations in a broad range of matters and jurisdictions. He has extensive experience representing condemning authorities, landowners and businesses in eminent domain cases across the State of Georgia. He also has represented parties in negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements residential and commercial transactions and representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease agreements.
