Mr. Gaba represents a variety of clients ranging from local and state condemning authorities, counties and municipalities to title insurance companies, utilities, real estate developers, landowners, businesses and associations in a broad range of matters and jurisdictions. He has extensive experience representing condemning authorities, landowners and businesses in eminent domain cases across the State of Georgia. He also has represented parties in negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements residential and commercial transactions and representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease agreements. He is currently serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of Georgia in real estate and transportation issues for the Georgia Department of Transportation.

• Successfully litigated eminent domain/condemnation jury trials in numerous jurisdictions in Georgia.
• Represented a property owner in a sewer line condemnation case in Cobb County, which resulted in a final settlement at 423% above the condemning authority’s original offer. 
• Represented local county in the purchase of a nearly $14,000,000.00 property use by the county police department.
• Represented county is numerous sales of surplus properties. 
• Obtained full summary judgment in an eight-year long quiet title case in Forsyth County.
• Obtained full summary judgment on behalf of a state agency in a fraud case in Bartow County.
