Ms. Livingston’s practice draws on her years of distinguished and extensive experience handling a broad range of local government issues. She has a served as the County Attorney for Douglas County, Assistant General Counsel for the Atlanta Housing Authority, Staff Attorney for the City of Douglasville and most recently in the Cobb County Attorney’s Office.
While serving as in-house counsel, Ms. Livingston has represented City Councils and Boards of Commissioners, Authorities, City and County Managers, Agency and Department Heads in navigating local, state and federal regulations, contracts and litigation matters.

On behalf of Cobb County, she was the primary attorney responsible for negotiating the Braves $800 million stadium project and managing construction related legal issues.
Advising the Cobb Board of Commissioners and Department Heads on the passage and implementation of the 2016 $750 Million SPLOST Program.
On behalf of the Atlanta Housing Authority, she was primarily responsible for the corporate documents of the nine affiliate corporations charged with redeveloping Atlanta’s public housing projects into revitalized mixed-income, mixed-use, master planned communities through public/private partnerships.
