A Marietta native, Marc Dubuc is an associate in GDCR’s Business Transactions and Corporate Group. He regularly represents companies and business owners in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing transactions, private equity transactions corporate governance, asset sales, restructurings, shareholder agreements, and private securities offerings.

Mr. Dubuc has experience assisting middle-market companies with private equity, mergers and acquisition, equity financing, and venture capital transactions as well as regulatory and general counsel representation. Mr. Dubuc also assists businesses and owners with their everyday business needs, including providing practical legal advice on day-to-day business operations, drafting and negotiating business contracts, operational documents between multi-member and multi-shareholder companies, and buy-sell agreements amongst co-owners. Mr. Dubuc has significant securities experience advising companies on private securities offerings and other securities related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dubuc served as a clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission and as an associate at a boutique firm in Atlanta specializing in investment fund formation.
