Ms. Flores develops and implements estate plans that include: Tax Planning Wills, Advance Health Care Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Irrevocable Gifting Trusts, Generation Skipping Transfer Tax Planning, Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Lead Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Sales to Defective Grantor Trusts, Qualified Sub-Chapter S Trusts, Retirement Plan Trusts, and Qualified Domestic Trusts.
In addition to her work with Trust & Estate and Tax clients, Ms. Flores works with other attorneys in the firm’s Business Transactions and Corporate Law practice to design and implement tax-efficient business and investment structures, growth-promoting non-qualified executive compensation plans, and tax strategies to facilitate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Flores also offers legal assistance in the administration of decedents’ estates including post-mortem planning solutions to mitigate the consequences of poor planning. Estate administration services are offered on a case by case basis, consisting of as little or as much professional assistance as the decedent’s family and personal representatives need or desire.
