Olivia K. Fletcher is an associate member of GDCR’s Business Transactions and Corporate group. She assists the Business Transactions and Corporate group with representation of business owners and companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, entity selection and business formations, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.

Ms. Fletcher has experience assisting closely held businesses and middle market companies with stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements. She has experience performing due diligence review in acquisition agreements, compiling disclosure schedules for commercial transactions and drafting transaction documents ancillary to mergers.

In addition to her experience with mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Fletcher has also assisted members of the community with selecting an entity type for their specific needs, working with the Georgia Secretary of State to start their companies, and drafting organizational corporate documents for their businesses.

Ms. Fletcher has participated in the reviewing, drafting and negotiating of commercial lease agreements. Additionally, she has assisted businesses with converting their entity type, reorganizing their corporate structure, and drafting stock redemption agreements among shareholders of companies.
