Mr. Calhoun is lead counsel on eminent domain proceedings and has successfully litigated dozens of condemnation takings. He concentrates his practice in local government and real estate law and manages GDCR’s real estate litigation practice.
Mr. Calhoun has more than 40 years of experience with legal issues surrounding local government and all phases of land development and land use. His familiarity with local zoning and development codes and his professional relationships with local boards, commissions, councils and their staffs enable the firm to achieve positive results in zoning and land use matters.
