Born and raised in Marietta, Zoey Brown is an associate in GDCR’s Business Transactions and Corporate Group. She represents clients in matters including business formation, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
Zoey Brown graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 2022 and went on to the UCLA School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2025. Her prior legal experience is diverse, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to complex civil litigation. She has worked for regional and national law firms and federal government agencies. In her previous position, Zoey represented individuals litigating before the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, serving on trial teams and successfully negotiating settlements.
